These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZenRoad mobile application (“ZenRoad”, “App”) and related services provided by Damoov PTE. LTD. (“Damoov”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using ZenRoad, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, to use ZenRoad. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
ZenRoad provides smartphone-based telematics services, including but not limited to:
Automatic and manual trip detection and logging
Driving behavior analysis
Motion, GPS, and sensor data collection
Driving safety insights and performance scoring
Trip history, maps, and analytics
The App may also serve as a demonstration of the Damoov Telematics SDK for developers.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ZenRoad collects and processes personal and device data, including:
GPS location data
Motion and sensor data
Trip routes and timestamps
Driving behavior (e.g., hard braking, acceleration, cornering)
Device and app analytics
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You acknowledge that:
Continuous GPS and sensor use may reduce battery life.
Data accuracy may vary depending on device model, GPS quality, and environmental conditions.
To function properly, the App may require permissions, including:
Location (foreground/background)
Motion & fitness sensors
Activity recognition
Notifications
Storage or file access (if applicable)
You may revoke permissions, but this may disable some features.
You agree not to:
Use the App while driving in a distracted or unsafe manner
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to disrupt or misuse servers, APIs, or services
Misrepresent trip data or driving activity
We reserve the right to take action against misuse.
All rights to ZenRoad and its underlying technology, including the Damoov Telematics SDK, are owned by Damoov or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
Open-source components are used under their respective licenses.
ZenRoad may rely on third-party services, including mapping providers, analytics platforms, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party services.
ZenRoad is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:
Error-free or uninterrupted operation
That driving scores or analytics are accurate
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damoov is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, business, profits, or reputation
Harm arising from inaccurate data, GPS issues, or device malfunctions
Driving incidents, collisions, or violations resulting from your actions
ZenRoad is a tool for insights only, not a safety or navigation system.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZenRoad following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ZenRoad may display DriveCoins, Crypto DriveCoins, or other virtual points or tokens as part of the driving behavior demonstration features. You acknowledge and agree that:
These points or tokens are virtual, non-redeemable, and have no monetary value.
They cannot be exchanged, traded, sold, or converted into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, goods, or services.
They are provided for demonstration and educational purposes only as part of the telematics scoring and gamification showcase.
Damoov has no obligation to compensate users for accumulated points or tokens.
No claim, expectation, or request for payout, redemption, or financial value of these points or tokens will be accepted.
Any representation of coins or tokens within the App does not constitute a financial instrument, digital asset, or investment.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ZenRoad if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
